The way the lady said hi welcome to handles like literally made me feel like she was genuinely welcoming me to their store. I’m sure she said it 1000.. no 10,000 times but man it sounded so genuine. I just what a mood.
Great customer service and the ice cream is the best

What type of ice cream place doesn't allow you to try some flavors. This one... Also, you can't even see what the ice cream looks like because they are locked in containers in the back. You have to ask the high school kid working there and remember the ingredients while you try to decided between flavors. For all I know they could be serving Turkey Hill I don't understand why there are so many positive reviews. It's not even good ice cream. Save your money and your tastebuds and go to Salt & Straw.
