I’m extremely disappointed with my experience today at Handles Ice Cream. I bring my family here almost every week, but this will be the last time. We found a hair inside the ice cream, which is completely unacceptable. It’s shocking to see such a lack of hygiene and quality control from a place we’ve trusted for so long. This ruined what used to be one of our family’s favorite weekend spots. I truly hope management takes this seriously and improves their cleanliness standards.
