I came in for an online order I placed and one of the flavors I ordered wasn’t ready. While I waited, Nick, the owner, offered to add another pint for free onto my pick up. This is the best ice cream in town and the customer service is unmatched.
Got there just after 11:00 this morning when the store opened. Waited 20 minutes INSIDE the store and no one came to help me. Called out, knocked, opened the door multiple times to trigger the door bell, called their phone multiple times (no answer, no voicemail). Drove a long way to get a four pint pack for family for Valentine’s Day. Very disappointed in this business.
I used to love this location but the staff are allllwaaays eating and it’s kinda gross and the girls are always on their phones and not paying attention. A bummer for the owners!
Terrible service from the lady cashier. I will not go back.
