The ice cream is fabulous. The customer service is lacked. They gave me a lid instead of a bowl for a small scoop, and the ice cream was falling out.
Service is always horrible. 30 min to place an order. 10min to get my order. Rather go to Cold Stone. Service & Flavors are better at C/S.
Great flavors, so many choices. It is best to order in a cup and best to share. A small cone (has theee scoops) serves easily two people, with small apetite.
