2025 Sept. You guys hired kids that are not listening. I recommend they need more training and people need to shadow each other so they make sure they get the orders right. 2017. Best ice cream Ever! Coffee flavor is so creamy!
I do not care how good the ice cream may be. We went there last week with our dog and asked for a Pup Cup along with our order. It was pretty warm out that day. The person behind the counter (may have been the owner or manager) refused to put a bit more in the Pup Cup unless I paid for it. He said that was the limit We have gone there before and servers behind the counter were very accommodating for Pup Cups. I was livid as pet owner. Not as If I were asking for a regular sized cup of ice cream. This is how a manager / or ow... read more
