Ice cream was melting the minute they handed it over, they were out of flavors and the employees were unhappy and didn't care one bit about anything. I have enjoyed Handels at other locations in Utah and out of Utah - this was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend visiting this location - find another ice cream spot. Email to corporate went unanswered and unresolved - apparently there isn't a commitment to keeping all of the stores up to the quality you see at other locations.

I have never left a negative review before but just loaded my kids into my car to leave the store in disbelief at the treatment by the evening crew 8/8. The young ladies were rude, snappy, and impatient. No greeting when we entered and a poor look when we asked if we could order and were met with “what do you want?” and one snapped at one child to not touch a sign. Love the layout and feel of this place. No glass freezers with people crowding in to see the flavors. Nice uncomplicated menu on the wall listing their MANY wonderful flavors. One of my favorites is the sampler with four scoops in a clear clamshell takehome.
