Handel’s ice cream is a new franchise from Youngstown Ohio. Handels offers a great selection of unique flavors as well as traditional options. Give them a try I do not think you will be disappointed.
One of the employees, forgot her name but i will get it next time is very rude. She wants to get tipped for scooping ice cream and if she doesn't get a tip she proceeds to give you a very noticeably small scoop. Disgusting lowlife behavior.
I recently visited Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream in Palmdale, and it was an absolute delight! The ice cream is incredibly creamy and full of rich flavor. With so many unique and classic flavors to choose from, there’s something for everyone—even the pickiest of eaters.
