my absolute favorite location! the female employees or just all the employees are ALWAYS super friendly and quick! ADRIAN is literally the sweetest person ever & always remembers my boyfriend & i even when we mobile order for delivery ( she adds extra toppings for me just like i like it without me even having to ask ) !! 😭 i avoid the other handels locations near my house just to get amazing service at the Culver City location. you really get your moneys worth here! 10/10 always!! 🩷

LOVE THIS LOCATION! the vibe is always immaculate and the staff is always so friendly. Even when the store is packed, i dont mind waiting. The staff is always quick to offer samples and suggest their favorites, which always makes my decisions harder, but in a great way! I have been stuck on Graham Central Station since it was suggested! i have a handles slightly closer to my home, but due to the vibe and friendliness, i prefer this location! cant wait to go back!
good ice cream service a bit slow but nice people
Went here multiple times and one thing I can say is that I always got GREAT if not PERFECT customer service from Adrian she’s always smiling and always gives welcoming vibes!! Def go to Adrian when getting ice cream such a great way to either start or end your day off plus ice cream!!!
