Culver City store pistachio ice cream had WAY too many pistachios and too little ice cream. no more Handel's pistachio for me. I'll try the chocolate next time... see if it's worth going back after that.
Dropped by here for a quick ice cream fix, I ordered a small cup, two scoops. First scoop was the cheesecake made with Oreo and my second scoop was the coconut caramel delight, of the two my favorite was the coconut but anything that has coconut in it is a favorite for me. The reason I didn’t order in a cone (which is what I REALLY WANTED) is because when ordering a small cone you get 1 flavor, a medium and large gets you 2 flavors - what? Why so restrictive. This location is terrible! the staff just stand around and talk while orders pile up! Would recommend going to Santa Monica or Manhattan beach rather than waiting in line here. Makes for a bad brand experience every time.
Weird vibes. Employees look dead inside. Super weird tv screens with hard to read menu. This place gives a liminal space energy as if a dmv gave birth to an ice cream parlor. The ice cream was just ok and came out to eighteen dollars for two small cups.
Love coming to this place but this is the 2nd time we have left without service. Poor guy upfront had 20 people in line. There was a young lady in the back. She saw the lines but did not come out to help him. She continued working on something else. At least 10 people left without service before we left after waiting 20 mins. There were at least 7 people behind us. Shame, because your own employees let the business go and clients leave disappointed because they came in for great ice cream. Culver city location.
