Handel's Homemade Ice Cream in Chula Vista is good, but it didn't quite live up to the high standard I'm used to from the Texas location. Back home, the ice cream is always top-notch, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, here the ice cream just didn't hit the same--flavors felt a little off and not as fresh. The staff was also a bit chaotic, which took away from the overall experience. Don't get me wrong, it's still solid ice cream, but compared to my usual spot in Texas, it wasn't as up to par.
