First time at this Handels location and the service was great, the store was clean and the ice cream tasty! The only thing was that when I finished my ice cream, I found a little bolt at the bottom of it! No idea how that happened, but I called to let them know and they were very kind and apologetic. I don't want to get anyone in trouble because I'm sure it was just one of those weird accidents. YOU NEED TO IMPLEMENT A WEIGHT SYSTEM FOR YOUR ICECREAM LIKE FROZEN YOGURT PLACES DO. YOU WILL HAVE HAPPIER CUSTOMERS. THEY KNOW THEY ARE PAYING FOR ACTUAL PRODUCT AND NOT SOME UNTRAINED TEENAGER'S IDEA OF WHAT IS A CORRECT PROPORTION❗️

Ice-cream itself is always best you can find. Service and how they give the icecream, however, could be improved greatly. First, the ice-cream itself is barely frozen. In just the short time to go outside sit down it's already a half-puddle. I know it's easier to scoop when it's that soft, but I don't enjoy eating ice cream in liquid form. I will only ever buy in quartz or pints, take home and re-freeze it to an acceptable level before consuming. Once done, though, it's amazing iceream.
