Thought I would give this place a try today since it’s supposed to be homemade ice cream. I was very disappointed. I believe HEB ice cream better. However Staff was very polite and professional.

I wanted to share a very disappointing experience I had at Handle’s Homemade Ice Cream. After the customers in front of me were helped, I stood at the register waiting for at least three minutes. During that time, no one acknowledged that I was there, even though several employees walked away from the register. A male employee eventually asked if my order had been taken, but after I told him it had not, he simply walked away without offering to help.
