Gretchen and bree were so helpful and nice!!!! Such good ice cream and great service.
Wow. Now THIS is an ice cream shop. It's huge, staffed with almost a dozen workers, and filled with endless lines of customer despite the extremely fast service and turnaround time. And because it's got it all, it can be hard to decide what to get, but my friend already had the Monkey Business in mind (banana ice cream with brownies, chocolate sauce and nuts mixed in). The employee Holden was so nice, he was so helpful and willing to help! He gave me a compliment that brightened my day! Even though i came in around closing, he still was just so kind and didn’t show how annoyed he could’ve been working food (I’ve worked in food so i understand). Tell your employees to take notes. Holden is incredible!
The line was long, but totally worth the wait! A great group of kids working here, and the ice cream is very good, fresh (not freezer burned tasting) and generous portions. We were glad we decided to go with Handel's
