I just came to get ice cream, I was there 5 minutes before they were closing and no one helped. Two boys and two girls were there and kept staring at my kid but did not help. It was cold outside and they were laughing inside and when it was 10 pm a girl opened the window and said we are closed. Very bad customer service and rude staff. I will never go there again.

I came a few minutes before they closed. I was waiting at the window for them to take my order while they were serving other people. All of them saw me and decided to ignore me. They were laughing and ignored me even though it was cold outside. As soon as it turned 10:00 they opened the window and told me they were closed. Rude staff.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. A young gentleman with a beard (I didn’t catch his name) was roughhousing and not acting professionally. It took nearly 20 minutes to receive just two small ice cream cones in 25 degree weather. When I asked to speak to the manager, he claimed he was the manager but refused to give his name. On top of that, I did not receive the correct change back. Overall, the service was unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.
