Very disappointed with the service here. Only one window open and just two employees working while over 20 customers were waiting — completely unacceptable! I waited more than 15 minutes and ended up leaving without being helped. I went to the Redlands instead, and it was much better organized with enough staff 4 windows. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Not even IN N OUT makes you wait that long
It is very nice to have an ice cream store like this locally that is easy drive from Corona or Norco. Simply since those towns lack a store like this
Had an amazing experience with one of your employees. I asked him his name. It was Matthew. He was so kind helpful and very understanding when I was ordering highly recommend coming back just to have him serve me my ice cream.
