3/5 stars The ice cream at Handle's Eastvale is AMAZING - seriously delicious! However, the customer service needs work. I visited on a scorching hot day (100+ degrees) at 4:30 pm on August 9th, and the line was out the door with only one window open. The wait was super slow, and it took over 30 minutes from the time I got in line to when I finally got my ice cream. Standing in the heat for that long was a bit of a drag. The ice cream is always good and the kids working there are usually nice, but I left feeling frustrated and annoyed tonight. I ordered online and arrived ten minutes past the promised time because I figured it was busy. I went to the window and told them I had a pick up order and told them my name. One of the girls looked at a receipt and walked away saying nothing. After several seconds, I went to sit down and they shut the window. Great place to chill out on a hot day. Expansive menu of frozen treats. The service was speedy, polite and professional. Ordered the banana split and was not disappointed. It was a meal in itself with 3 scoops, nuts, sauces, bananas and whip cream. Enjoyed the quality of all of the ingredients. Definitely will be coming back to explore the menu.
