The ice cream is great but the service absolutely sucks. I waited for 15 minutes for a milk shake and a cup of ice cream. There was one person in front of me...quit hiring kids. Update! The service still sucks because you have 1 kid working and waited 15 minutes this time. Good job on making the right changes. The owner is just really on top of their game...
I am very disappointed. I went to the canton location with my kids. In the beginning when having my order taken the lady was very rude, so I asked if she was the only one in there and she said yeah sense morning so I totally understood the frustration off the batt. Well anyways I order a chocolate peanut butter ice cream cone. Once I received it, I go sit down and get my kiddos settled. I take three licks and realize it’s dark chocolate.
