I’ve never been to this Handel’s location before, but I ordered a milkshake, and it was basically cookies and cream flavored milk. No Oreo pieces were included, and I understand it’s an extra fee to make it “more thick”, but It wasn’t thick at all. I finished the drink by the time I reach Mayfield road If ordering a milkshake, make sure you check the consistency before leaving…I was disappointed, but didn’t want to turn around.

I truly love Handles and never had a BAD experience until June 6, 2025. Order a blondie and the young lady that was taking my order, just stared at me confused when I asked for a blondie, I even pointed to it on the menu and she just continued to stare at me and not even think to ask her coworkers for help. I'm describing It to her how its made. She still continues to stare at me. So Awkward. Finally a coworker comes to help and he said he knew what it was.
