I want to start off my saying the ice crem itself was good. However a couple of things, my order was to go, so I didn't notice when I ordered a banana split, there was no banana in it, and they put a pineapple sause of it rather than Carmel, strawberry and chocolate sauses on it. There was also no cherries on top of it either. My wife ordered a brownie hurricane. We used to love handles, the ice cream tastes a lot cheaper now. It’s a lot less creamy and they got rid of a lot of flavors. The scoops are also smaller. My husband tried to order biscoff cheesecake and they told us they were out. Moments later an employee from the back came out with a tub of ice cream and said “We’re still telling people we’re out of biscoff cheesecake because we don’t want to scoop a new tub right?” Very disappointing for people who used to love handles

Excellent service. I called ahead to ask if they had a strawberry shake on the menu. I was picking up one for a family member in a care facility. I got there and the girl had it ready, sitting in the freezer. Exceptional service.

Always good! They do not skimp on serving size or ingredients. Everytime I try something new, I have a new favorite. Best big ice cream chain.
