I meant to write this review a few days ago but totally forgot. My family and I went to Handel’s a few days back and had a great experience. The ice cream was delicious! Div was super nice and patient, and she made sure we were all satisfied with our orders. We had a pretty big order, but she was fast and efficient. She was also very friendly and made the whole experience really enjoyable. Thank you, Div, for the great service!
Service is slow, customer service varies. I feel like the he should have a limit on how many flavors you can try especially when the line is super long lol
The product is amazing and there is no problem with it at all. I’m here on a Sunday during peak hours and the line is long and there is only 1 guy working. I feel bad for him. Line for me took about 35 minutes. Many people were commenting and it obviously being short staffed. Too bad.
