I had a disappointing experience at Handel’s Ice Cream today. I ordered a medium mango ice cream and was about to pay for it. The sales associate, Sunitha, was about to get the ice cream when I changed my mind and decided that I would rather have four sample flavors instead. When I told her about the change, her response and attitude were very rude and disrespectful.
