I would have given more stars if the owner handled things better! We've been several times and it's been very good. On 7/7/26, we went around 7:30. We ordered 3 med cups. Total was $17.05. I gave the employee $20.05. She gave me $2 back. When we received our order, we got 2 med and 1 small. One should have been two different flavors. The small only had 1 of those flavors. I went to the handels location in Carmel and this fine young gentleman named Bruce or Bryce, something like that had excellent customer service. He made me feel like I belonged in the handels community and was very polite. My chocoholic chuck ice cream was served quickly to me in a very nice manner from Bruce. I would 100% recommend going to this location. 10/10 service.
