Hiring this handyman to repair sub-floors and tile the floor turned into a costly and frustrating ordeal lasting two weeks. He spent more time taking breaks than working, was rude to my tenants and measured the floor wrong causing me three trips to buy more tile. Now that he is "done" I have to repair a hole in the wall, put down baseboards, replace a kitchen cabinet and counter top that he tore out. The flooring will need to be replaced correctly. I could give him one star for showing up, but wish he wouldn't have!
