Reached out to Charlie about our pool not being cleaned thoroughly and not vacuumed as we have watched tech on camera. 2 weeks in a row this occurred so I called and told Charlie we would like a different tech and he said either he would change the tech or come himself. Bryan and team at Handcrafted pools did an excellent job on my pool make over. Had tile and stone clean along with pool re-plaster. They were at the house when they said they would be and the final product is outstanding.

Working with Bryan to bring our pool refresh to life was a fantastic experience. Bryan was thorough in explaining our options to replaster and retile our 18 year old pool and give it a much needed update!
