I have been using Handcrafted Pools for a number of years. They are always responsive and fairly priced. I had an issue today with my heater. Charlie the service manager said they were experiencing high demand due to the freeze but would try to get out today worst case early next week. Ethan was able to come by and fixed the heater issue. Ethan and Charlie are awesome. I highly recommend Handcrafted Pools!
Jordan is the best, always timely and efficient and loves our dog, he even plays ball with Rocky when he has time. Handcrafted does 2 pools for me and I couldn't be happier!
Been using Handcrafted Pools for awhile now and have been pleased with their service and response time. They communicate well with necessary updates to pool service. Connor is our current pool tech and does a good job cleaning the pool
I have using Handcrafted Pools since 2017 and they have always been very reliable. The are usually out within a day or two if I have any issues and are take care of my weekly maintenance without any issues. Jordan is friendly and very passionate and his weekly responsibility to take care of my pool and address my questions or concerns. Vickie in the office and Paul are also fantastic!
