Shipping costs misquoted. The original order invoice quoted shipping at $43.36, but it turns out it was actually $168.61. While the original quote didn't include duties and taxes, the difference of $125.25 is ridiculous, and significantly above the quote. The company claims that this is a software issue, but that they cannot fix it. According to the company, their program only calculates shipping for the first item purchased, but cannot adjust for multiple.
