Instead of cleaning they’re focusing on what you have in the car. They thought I went into the gas station store but I had forgot my wallet in my car. When I turned around to go back to my car, I saw they were playing around with my daughter’s belt she left in the car the guy was waving it above his head. They also went digging in my middle compartment to “clean” it but nothing was cleaned in there. Very unprofessional will never be going back. Totally frustrated. Paid for five star package which should clean the car inside out. When they first announced the job done, there was a ton of stains and dust. Even after finger pointing every stain, there’s still a ton that I could clean probably with just a towel.
The first time I went it was great, the second time I bought my wife's car and they did a really terrible job $240 a complete screwing, very disappointed and there's still splatter marks on the sunroof
Poor customer service The lady was a nasty person That’s sad when the owner used to be a super nice person !!
