I recently switched hand doctors after a surgery and was not happy with my surgeon. My PCP wanted me to get a 2nd opinion and referred me to Dr. Balk. Today was my 2nd appt. All the staff working in this office were professional and treat others with respect. Dr Balk is personable and knowledgeable. He sent me for a Cat Scan of my hand, he showed me the images and explained my options. He also sent me to OT after my first visit and then extended it for another 8 weeks. I finally have hope. Everyone was super nice and friendly and helpful.
Staff was friendly and efficient. Doctor was knowledgeable and supportive. He gave excellent advise and reassurance.
