If you are seeking a good product, good pricing, along with excellent service, congratulations! This is it. Hand Trucks R Us has this "fixer" named Pat Cantor. I had a time sensitive situation and Pat saved my bacon big time. Highly recommend!!!
Unfortunately, the final shipper proved to be problematic, with a late delivery and damage to the item. However, Pat Cantor, the point of contact for the manufacturer did an excellent job. Ms. Cantor communicated well with all parties the get the product returned and a new product sent immediately. Awesome job!! Very happy with Ms. Cantor’s professionalism.
First, I purchased the Anderson Gun Safe Dolly. It’s a great product, moved a Liberty gun safe by myself in 2 minutes after a minor assembly. Secondly, I ordered the safe on a Sunday when they were closed. I wanted to arrange expedited delivery. I waited until Tuesday to call to give them time to process the order. When I called, they said the order already shipped and was out for delivery. That was true and I got the product within 36 hours.
Ordered a pair of wheels, needed a center hub wheel. Received an off set hub. Called and asked if I could get a center hub wheel. I was told that he would look into it for me and call me back. Nothing! Never received a call. So I called back and was told they couldn't find one. Then told them I needed to return the wheels. The man told me to send them back and gave me an address to send them to. I thought this was weird since I had a receipt that showed a return address and just needed a confirmation code. Dated:10Oct2020. Now 10 working days into my order for a $450 hand Dolley. No response to emails or voicemail. No tracking number. Item actually ordered 26 Sep2020. At this point it doesn't matter what the companies statement is regarding shipping. Its not professional for them to be contacted my email customer service and thru their voicemail with no response.
