Dr Wu is very professional and personable. He listens and welcomes questions so the patient truly understands what's going on. I never feel rushed. He is a skilled surgeon. I recommend him in the highest terms.
I went to see Dr. Wu for shoulder pain. I do play tennis and pickleball. I felt he was very thorough, patient and listened to my concerns. He explained what he thought was causing the shoulder pain and drew a picture of my shoulder. He suggested a cortisone shot which I agreed to. I really did not feel the shot was painful at all. I was very happy with Dr. Wu.
Dr. Wu & his staff are incredible. No matter how busy he is; when an unforeseen situation arises & appts run late; the front end staff is highly considerate of our time & lets us know there’s a delay. That’s quite respectful. Then when you see Dr. Wu, he is totally present, listens, evaluates & discusses treatment, performs treatment as appropriate & ends with plan of action for follow-up.
