Was treated like family. I hate going in for repairs on a vehicle. But I felt like I was treated fairly and quickly. Made it not so bad after all.
6l80 rebuild. Fast turnover, strong builds will always recommend. Have had three transmissions done by Donavan. None have ever failed. Good place you can trust.
We came in from out of town to purchase a vehicle in Cabot, and had taken it to this shop during our test drive for the pre-purchase inspection. I had forgotten the gentleman’s name; however, he was VERY thorough and honest . He informed us on what might need to be replaced later on in the year, which were thankfully very minor and affordable. He made us feel confident in moving forward with our purchase and our new minivan drove like a dream the whole 200 miles home! 10/10 excellent service!
Did a great job on my truck, rebuilt my transmission for a reasonable price and had it done in less than a week.
Absolutely hands down the best! I had to have my transmission rebuilt and he got my car in on Monday and got it back Thursday! Great customer service and kept me in the loop about things. Awesome place.
