Donavan is very easy to work with. He completed my 4L80e swap for my Trailblazer SS once he had all of the parts in a week. Thrilled with the outcome and excited to take it back in the future for performance parts install. He takes time to explain things through and answers questions thoroughly. 5 Stars isn’t enough. Donovan went above and beyond on my husbands truck. He replaced our rear diff and when running it for a test, he smelled smoke coming from under the hood. We had issues with our AC in the past and it just so happened that a part failed at the exact time we had it in for repair. He quickly stopped the truck from catching fire and fixed the issue for us the next day. (He did all of this while in a boot from crushing his toe!) I had a great experience at HandTight performance ! The mechanic was professional, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. He explained what needed to be fixed in a way I could actually understand, didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and the turnaround time was quicker than expected. My car runs like new again, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service!
