Mandy helped me greatly with my knee issue. She is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything very clearly. I will return to her if I ever need physical therapy in the future.
I had the good fortune of being referred to Hands-On by my rheumatologist. Being on Altenheim's campus offers plenty of shoveled ground level parking in front of the door. I read some of the previous reviews from previous years and was definitely a little hesitant but gave it a shot. Mandy is amazing, encouraging, through, and great at what she does. She made sure I understood what we were doing and why it would help, sent me home with exercises to do in between treatments, and changed things around if something didn't work. Hands on Physical Therapy Specialists provide a wonderful rehab environment. Staff is friendly and work well together. They are very compassionate and effective with their expertise.
Mandy and Elizabeth are welcoming, encouraging, and great at their craft. The facilities are very nice and well-kept. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great outpatient therapy experience!
