I’m so impressed with the level of knowledge Dan Mendiola has about the surgery I had and what it is going to take for my recovery. His office is clean and comfortable. He’s always prepared for my appointments and there is never any waiting. He is a soft spoken man always ready with words of encouragement and sincerity. They are very disorganized administratively and could not manage to communicate with our insurance carrier. I called my insurance carrier and they said their was no reason why they should have a problem billing our insurance. I ended up having to find another provider because of their ineptitude. Another thing that was very irregular was they suggested I take OTC medicine for a badly broken arm that was causing heavy pain.
