Good doctors, lousy office policy. Beware: The office will give you a verbal date for an appointment, but no reminders, no texts, no calls and no emails. I was told that it’s too hard for them to do so. Really? Every other legitimate practice I’ve dealt with offers this courtesy. If you miss an appointment you will be charged a $50 fee. I understand that the office is in the business of making money, but I find it sneaky and underhanded to rely solely on a verbal appointment and then whack you with a fee if you miss it.
