Book regular massages all over for work, came here as sometimes I am in the area. They were able to get me in same day with Jakob, he was great. I actually came back the next week before I left town and had another massage with Amanda and she was great too. Highly recommend this location, it’s extremely nice. 12/10 highly highly recommended.
I had a wonderfully relaxing experience at Hand and Stone in Hoffman Estates. Sarina, my esthetician, was excellent—very positive, friendly, and professional. She explained everything clearly and gave me great advice for my skincare routine. Highly recommend her!
Over the last two years, I have tried nearly every Massage Therapist and Esthetician at this location. They know how to hire skilled Staff. The facility is clean, the vibes are always top tier, and the manager is intentional about putting people first.
10/10 had the absolute best massage and facial I’ve ever had here on Saturday night. I recommend Amanda as a massage therapist SHES PHENOMENAL. They gave me flavored water and a heated weighted neck cushion as I was early to my appointment. It was overall very lovely. I didn’t catch the girls name who did my facial but she was also great. Will be returning in the future, going to be bringing my partner.
Loved this location usually go to another but will be back to this one (almost every aspect was better)
