I’ve been a member here for over two years now. The massage therapists are excellent—skilled, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about their work. They always prioritize client satisfaction. However, the customer service could use some improvement. I recently experienced a scheduling issue where they booked me and another person for the same time slot. Highly recommend. I have been in a few times for services. My massage therapist Daniella is amazing. The location is very clean and inviting. Love how they decorate for all seasons.
Hand and Sone Massage and Spa has been a great experience for me, especially w/the wonderful, caring and excellent therapist I have encountered, Daniella Chovan. Because of her unique talents w/deep tissue massage, I have been able to continue playing the sport I love, pickleball! She has the unique ability to know the right pressure and where my body needs help the most. I highly recommend her and this spa!
