Bad service they took more than 4 months to refund . After calling for 4 months every week they say patty the manager will call back in 5mins never calls back still waiting on my refund since jan’25 .
I was hesitant on trying a male service provider, but because of the time I wanted, there was only one massage therapist which was male, so I decided to do it anyway. Leo was amazing! Next time I visit, I'd like to tryyyy a female therapist, but if Leo is the only one available next time I want to go, I wouldn't mind at all 😁 The staff were also very friendly and professional. I'd love to come back in the future and try more of what they have. Thank you all for taking care of my body and mind!
Just dropped by here because I wanted to treat myself during a really tough week, and I had the best hot stone massage ever! I highly recommend Gigi (Gloriana); She is kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and she always knows how to alleviate my muscle pain and stress with her skills. All the people here are so nice, and I’m leaving the spa feeling more relaxed than I knew I could. Come here here for a massage if you need to melt away some stress!
Keep telling me lies to get more money despite already being a member. First, was told gift cards could be applied to my account. Ok one sales associate made a mistake. Then was given a detox facial without being informed it was an upgrade let alone about the price. I'm tired of the tricks. Please stop so your members can actually relax on their time off.
Jessy is amazing and always does such a great job! She listens to her clients needs and is very thorough!
