Extremely disappointed with the Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Sugar Land location. For over two months, I’ve been trying to cancel my membership since September 5th, and despite multiple calls, the staff keeps giving the same excuse - “only the manager can cancel, and they will call you.” The so-called manager never calls back, not once, and the front desk just repeats the same script every time.
