Not a pleasant experience.
Anja at the front desk was so sweet and helpful! I have been going here as well as other locations for years with my membership and I have had nothing but the best service with massages, facials, and the front desk!
She listened to what I wanted her to work on and my neck and shoulders have NEVER felt so relaxed

4.5 stars and only a .5 deduction for the time constraints. I did sign up for the member package so we will see how that goes. But the staff and massage therapist were superb and that’s why I chose to stay. I’ve had many massages and no one ever came close to releasing the tension in my shoulders but they did and I’m grateful.
