Two people that definitely made my visit felt welcoming were Neyva and Kathy. Neyva was working the reception and was extremely pleasant and helpful. She greeted me immediately with a smile and helped me thru the forms, as i was running a few minutes behind. Kathy was my therapist and was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to ask questions that definitely help with my neck and shoulder issues. The perfect amt of pressure and time!! I will definitely will be going back.
Pamela did an amazing job on the massage! Will recommend her to everyone
A good massage is all about the person you choose to do the job. I hesitate to give Pamela a rave review because I don't want you to get her schedule too busy for me! She's got a firm touch and is a delightful person. I'm usually a sleeping slug when I get a massage, but I have fun with Pam. She's my Massage person.
The customer service rep did an amazing job. I felt great when I left.
Maddy did a great job! Very zen, straightforward and professional. Loved it will be back.
