I went to hand and stone because my benefits are running out and why not use them, right? I expected a decent massage and didn’t have to pay out of pocket, great! Not great, firstly, I called to confirm if they direct bill. Whoever was working reception stated yes and asked what company I was with, and then confirmed again. After my massage that was less than mediocre at best was complete, I went to the front to show the receptionist my insurance information. Lisa is amazing. She hits all the right spots & very pleasant RMT. For this reason, I go to hand & stone.
This was unfortunately, the worst massage place I have ever been to, and for someone who loves any kind massages, this was NOT enjoyable at all. I had a gift card here, and when called I asked for a relaxing massage and add on the foot massage. They got me Michell, and I asked if she had strong hands, they assured me that she did, what a waste of my time and my sister’s money.
