I had a wonderful experience! They are very welcoming which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The employees are very knowledgeable in their field and answered all of my questions.
I had a great experience at Hand & Stone in West Village. My technician, Ginger, was friendly and professional and offered some useful tips and advice about my skin care routine. I look forward to my next visit and would definitely recommend this spa!
Disappointed! Purchased an $80 50 min massage for hubby's birthday. He had 6pm appt tonight. Came home said it wasnt what he expected. Said it was more like a rub down when he expected more of a kneading deeper muscular massage... :/
If you need a place to melt away the stress or rejuvenate yourself, this is the place! With their membership packages you can get a whole body work over for reasonable prices. No more choosing between a massage or facial... I'll take both please � PS, both were very nice �

HORRIBLE costumer service, the staff is so lost and they WILL over charge you and try to make you stay in their contract. They are such a HEADACHE. Stay away from this location.
My husband and I had a couples massage and facials and they were equally awesome. Will definitely return.
Wasn't very happy with the experience unfortunately. Was told two different things regarding my giftcards from the time I booked my appointment to the time we showed up, at that point I was in dire need of a massage being almost 8 months pregnant that we (couples massage) went through with the appointment. My boyfriend's masseuse sounded super sick and he said that she should have eaten something because her stomach kept growling in his ear.
