I had a massage appointment with Kerim yesterday at hand and Stone on Highway 27, he was amazing. He took the time to listen to my concerns and focus on all of my problem areas. The pressure was perfect, and I felt so much better afterward. I will definitely be booking another appointment with him and highly recommend his services.

If I can give in Negative for Sure Negative or Zero.. Very disappointing experience at Hand & Stone (Vaughan West – Hwy 27). My husband used a “never expires” voucher purchased in 2024, but we were still charged an additional $56.50 at checkout despite the voucher terms clearly stating otherwise. When we questioned the charge, the receptionist was unprofessional, refused to share her name, and the owner was rude and dismissive over the phone.
