Shady. Check your receipt. I understand upselling during the visit but if I agree to something charge me for what I agreed to. They wouldn't give me a copy of my receipt and kept telling me it would be emailed and is always emailed and they seemed very hesitant about giving it to me, I had to ask 3 tines for it, when I received it I understood why. I WENT FOR A MASSAGE YESTERDAY WITH ROD. I TOLD HIM EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED WORKED ON. I ALSO TOLD HIM THE TYPE OF PRESSURE I BELIEVE I REQUIRED. WHICH I CONSIDERED DEEP TISSUE. ROD WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND HIS KNOWLEDGE WAS BAR NONE. IT WAS THE BEST MASSAGE I'VE EVER HAD. AND, IT ADDRESSED THE ISSUE OF MY DISCOMFORT. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY!
I visited this location for the first time today and had a fantastic experience. My therapist, Danielle, was amazing, and the staff were warm and welcoming. I feel significantly more relaxed after my session.
Came here for facial + massage special I purchased on Travelzoo. Despite the fact that there was a scheduling mixed-up, the staff here handled my situation with professionalism. Mark was able to figure out the situation quickly and Abby provided a great facial with superior customer service. Thanks again
