I've been going to Hand and Stone for years. They have locations all over the city and are reliably fantastic! Harsha is so polite and gracious. Update: Beware of their membership policy: They are able to increase costs without informing you. Also, if you want to cancel your membership, there is a 30 delay. They will continue to charge you for one more massage that you may not want.
Absolutely amazing from arrival to departure! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and everyone is fantastic! Julia is truly one of the best RMT’s I’ve ever had, she listens to your needs and provides exactly what works for your body. I’ve never felt more relaxed in my life! Overall this Hand and Stone location is really nice and relaxing with very lovely employees. My facial was great but reflexology with Harsha is amazing (first time booking this appt with him). He's a really chill therapist, with a lot of knowledge, who helped me with my chronic foot pain so I'll definitely be back.
I had a terrible experience at this location. I booked a 30-minute massage (required for my insurance) and was confirmed for 10:30–11:00 AM over the phone. After the session, I was given a receipt for 25 minutes. The front desk told me their system doesn’t allow 30 minutes — only 25 or 35 — and that I could pay extra to have the invoice changed to 35 minutes, even though I never received that time.
