I am writing to share feedback about a massage I received at your spa today. Unfortunately, my experience was not relaxing and left me feeling quite upset. The treatment room was very noisy, and when I told the therapist she didn’t change the room. Additionally, the massage technique felt unprofessional. The pressure used with the hot stones was far too intense and uncomfortable, and it did not feel like a proper massage. Great service. I loved my time there. I had an Introductory Classic Facial and it was awesome. High quality products were used. All the staff was very friendly. Dani, the esthetician has angel's hands :) I will definitely book with her again!
