I am extremely disappointed with the service at this spa. I booked my appointment well in advance and even rearranged my schedule to ensure I could make it. However, this is now the second time my appointment with RMT Toni-Lee has been cancelled in the past month, this time with less than 24 hours’ notice. This lack of consideration for my time is disappointing, and there has been no effort to make up for the inconvenience besides asking me to reschedule... again.
