Love it here! If you're looking for a massage, I'd highly recommend Kitty. She's the best masseuse I've ever had - very kind, knowledgable and attentive. Her massages are both therapeutic and very relaxing. Their loyalty program is also great.
I have been here 3 times so far for the 50 minute RMT massage. All 3 times the massage has had a good amount of pressure, not too light and not too hard. So far I have been massaged by Ru, Serapina, and yesterday with Maggie. I find this place better than MassageAddict down the street. They are slightly more expensive but I don't mind since I have insurance (and they do direct billing which is a bonus). My fiancè and I had a couples massage with Tom and Willie and it was great! It was such a relaxing atmosphere and amazing experience. Both Tom and Willies technique was top notch and we both felt a huge difference after leaving our massage. We can't wait to return for another massage.
The environment was comfortable and clean, and my masseuse's skills were amazing.
I first saw the signage on my way to Dynacare for my lab test (located beside Hand & Stone Massage), saw the intro 50-minute deal at $99.95 + tax (vs $119.95 + tax regular). I thought the intro price looks attractive, walked in to have a look. The lobby looks very clean, relaxing, comforting. The front desk staff, Nancy was very friendly, courteous and explained to me all the different packages, different current deals right now and the difference between being a member and non-member pricing and its perks.
