never again. tried this place for a facial for the first time…specifically asked for whiteheads to be removed (they weren’t), and the facial wasn’t at all enjoyable. i wouldn’t bother writing a review just because the facial was mediocre - my issue is that later the same evening my arms were terribly itchy, and two days later i still have itchy bumps all over. i don’t know what she massaged me with but i’ve been getting regular facials for more than 20 years and have never had a reaction to a single product. makes me wonder ... read more
Claire was amazing for my facial. She was sweet, gentle and kind. Black head removal was quick with little to no pain. She has the magic touch. She was able to examine my face and make any recommendations. H&S only uses Dermalogica products which my skin loves. I’ll def be back. Thanks Claire
Absolutely outstanding massage therapy experience from both Julie (Lie Wang) and Yu Ru (Annie) Zhu. These RMTs are incredibly skilled, attentive, and professional from start to finish. They took the time to understand our specific concerns and tailored the session perfectly to address tension and pain points. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The environment was welcoming.
I had the most amazing massage….kitty was soooo good.
