I had the best facial. This was my first time doing a facial. My daughter in law gifted me as a birthday present. Jessica was superb. Staff at reception was so welcoming and helpful. I would surely go again. Amazing place service and staff. So experienced and made my visit the best. More to come. Thank you
Had the worst facial experience with lily. I have never been to a facial where I didn’t get a face pack at the end. She didn’t check my skin, did not recommend anything and was rushing to finish the job. I will never come here again
Brought my husband in for a last minute service and they were excellent and patient with him. He did an RMT to look at a left shoulder that was stuff from a sport injury.
The staff at the store are very nice. Ethetician Lili very nice and skillful. The whole process was very relaxing and enjoyable.
I’ve visited this location multiple times and unfortunately my experience has been consistently disappointing. The most serious concern was hygiene during one of my recent sessions. The therapist had very noticeable body odour (from her lower body area), to the point where it was extremely difficult to continue the treatment. I had to adjust positioning (asking staff to stand on the side and not near my face) and request peppermint oil just to manage the situation.
