I went to this location for the first time because I wasn't happy with the location I had used in the past. The Don Mills Hand and Stone is wonderful. Lots of free parking,.friendly receptionist and very quiet and zen atmosphere. The relaxation massage I had was excellent. The whole time the room was nicely dim and the music was tranquil. The therapist checked in occasionally to make sure the pressure was ok and allowed the session to be quiet. The whole body massage was very good and I left feeling lighter. Had an amazing experience here getting my first ever massage. The receptionist Tanya was very polite and accommodating, and Sue was very receptive and gave me a great massage. Will definitely be coming back
Sadly quite disappointed as I left there feeling the same as I went in. Would not recommend the person who I seen. Not sure if I will go back and try a different therapist.
Their prices are very high and they were not transparent about the price upfront
