My husband and I both had massages yesterday at this location. We had the same massages therapist in back to back sessions and it was a terrible experience. We informed management and are not satisfied with their attempt at a resolution.
The service I received was good, but it was a very disappointed and sad visit, because of not using the gift card I have in my account and they charge my credit card, no communication done before the service or at the time of appointment booking. It is totally disappointed for me that I can not use Hand and Stone gift cards in all the locations.
Just had the most relaxing massage today! The staff were super friendly and really knew how to make me feel comfortable. The whole vibe of the place is so calming, and I left feeling completely refreshed and happy. Definitely coming back!
