I went to patronize this business last winter because my best friend is a long-time customer. In the past she recommended Hand & Stone enthusiastically. I booked an appointment and then stopped in to clarify a point and I was treated in an abhorrent fashion. The woman at the front desk spoke to me like I was panhandling in the space. I am always pleased with the facials I have here. Shamim is so kind and attentive, and my skin is always glowing! The Dermalogica products work wonderfully on my sensitive skin.
Hasana has the hands of an angel - I actually fell asleep during my leg wax! Very thorough, very professional, and she certainly did not gatekeep on those expert skin care hacks. 12/10 will be booking with her again for all my spa services
