The people who work there are great. Just beware of the monthly subscription - hard to stop it and there's alot of restrictions. It was painful to play by the rules and we said goodbye to alot of cash paid through that program as the prepaid credits expire - which I thought was illegal but apparantly not and no flexability. lessons learned.
Hand & Stone is very professional and I purchased a membership. I would highly recommend!
Kristen is a true skincare expert! From start to finish, the facial was relaxing, personal, and left my skin absolutely glowing. She made me feel completely comfortable and tailored everything to my needs. Her touch is gentle but effective — my face has never felt better. Can’t wait to come back!
