Went for my first massage and Hand and Stone and it was a pleasant experience. Tracy was amazing and I felt so relax after my session with her. Definitely recommend.
I had a massage with a therapist named Summer, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. She spoke loudly and continuously throughout the entire session, which made it impossible to relax. Even after I requested lighter pressure multiple times, she continued applying very firm pressure. At one point, she asked me to lift my head and look at her while she explained how to improve my posture, which completely disrupted the session. Had my first facial here and it was a great experience. Hauni was gentle, professional, and very pleasant. She did an excellent job with exfoliation and blackhead extraction, and also shared helpful skincare tips for my daily routine. Highly recommend!
Great experience at Hand & Stone Massage. Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, and a very professional massage. I left feeling refreshed and would definitely come back.
