BEWARE!!! Hand and Stone, Goodyear, AZ There have been several incidents of them booking the wrong person or not completing the booking and I have shown up and wasted my time. It is a long drive and they don't consider my time valuable. Additionally, we brought my parents in for massage and shortly there after my account was double billed for over a year. Always love going to Waco Hand and Stone, your immediately greeted by one of the front desk ladies with a friendly smile. Steve did my last massage and as always it was amazing. I like that he can also do deep tissue massage. Highly recommend him and the Spa!
Great place to get a massage or facial. Have been going to this place since it opened. Customer sercive is great!! NuNu is an amazing therapist!!! I have had her twice and each time have felt very relaxed after each session!! Highly recommended this place!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Hand And Stone in Cosner's Corner - THEY ARE IMCOMPETENT!!!! This is my second time getting a membership with them. The fist time I cancelled my membership because of a bad experience that was almost similar to this one, which was almost 4 years ago. I have booked appointments twice. And they canceled on me both times they do not want to do facials for men and when I call to find out why They cancel they just hang up on me. Or when I call they remember my number. And they won't even pick up the phone
Just had my monthly facial by Angela! It was wonderful as usual. Will be back again in 2,weeks!
I had the best experience with Jay. They treated me like a queen and it was the best experience i have had in a long time, cant wait to back
