Vicki provided an amazing, soothing, and honestly therapeutic facial for me today! My skin has a soft glow to it, feels so hydrated- and i feel like ive gone back 10 years! I had a frustrating experience enrolling in a membership through Ellie at this location. I called wanting the Fredericksburg location to be my home store. Ellie answered but didn't mention on the first call that she was actually with Chantilly. She called back shortly after to clarify the location, saying Fredericksburg's phones were down, then pushed me to enroll under Chantilly instead, waiving half the enrollment fee while telling me she wasn't sure Fredericksburg would honor the same price.
