Visited this location for the first time a couple weeks ago for a facial. Molly made me feel very comfortable and relaxed as it was my first dermaplaning experience. She was knowledgeable and took the time to talk about my skin routine to give insight & suggestions when I asked her opinion on products. Highly recommend booking with her, I left feeling rejuvenated and glowing.
The unprofessionalism at this spa is unheard of. I’ve called 3 times in the last 3 weeks to try and get my membership canceled before the payment hits again as I have not gone since August 29th. The manager is never available or present at this specific location and cancellations must go through them. I was told after I called the first time they messaged said manger saying someone (myself) wanted to cancel and then on my follow up phone call they had not even read the message. I regularly get monthly skincare treatments, but this was my first time visiting this location. Since my husband was at work, I had to bring my 6-year-old daughter with me. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment, filled out the forms, and waited with my daughter until my scheduled time. A few minutes after my appointment time, a staff member came and told me that they could not provide the treatment because my daughter was with me. Really great experience . My first massage. REALLY expensive . Had we not had gift cards , we probably would have gone elsewhere.
