I am writing to express my concerns regarding repeated billing issues I have encountered at this spa, specifically with the front desk staff and management. During my first visit, I was charged despite paying my balance with gift cards. I decided to cancel my membership because I never got the massage pressure I asked for. I would ask to not be booked with a specific massage therapist and would show up and be booked with them anyway. I cancelled my membership in May and my last billing date was suppose to be 6/2. Not only was I billed this month, my membership was never cancelled and I’m scheduled to be billed next month. 0 ☆ I have MS. I went in crying and in more pain than they can imagine and they coerced me under duress to sign up for the monthly subscription. They spoke so fast and didn't vclearly define the appointment cancellation versus subscription cancellation. VERY DISAPPOINTED. First time customer and I didn’t receive any information when booking appointment about deposit. I started a new job this week and didn’t see the voicemail about deposit day before service. I saw it the day of do I spoke to their virtual chat bot via text who told me to just come in and they were not going to cancel my reservations for massage and facial. I walked in just to check prices and Deepa was the wonderful lady to help me and she literally sold the idea of me needing to cater to myself more. She is really good at what she does she was very kind and was patient with me with all the questions I had about the membership and service in general. She made me feel very welcomed and my whole understanding of hands and stone is completely different now from before i walked in the establishment.
